Clothing brand Doodlage has kicked off 2024 by launching a number of pop-ups in Indian cities to bring its designs to a wider audience. The events are also intended to promote sustainable fashion by showcasing Doodlage’s upcycled and eco-friendly textile creations.
“Elevate your style sustainably,” announced the brand on Facebook. “Don’t miss out on our exclusive pop-up sale featuring fresh, upcycled, planet-friendly fashion!”
Doodlage has launched pop-ups in Goa, Kolkata, and Bengaluru which will run until the end of January, the brand announced on Facebook. The Goa shopping event has launched at The Sanctuary in Vagator and its Kolkata event launched at Shuffling Suitcases in the city. In Bengaluru, Doodlage set up shop at Ffolio in Ashok Nagar.
On January 20, Doodlage held a one-day event in Hyderabad and set up shop at the N Convention Centre in Madhapur as part of fashion event Top Stitch. The event showcased a selection of Doodlage’s womenswear and highlighted its ethical design practices.
Doodlage launched in April 2012 and retails from its e-commerce store and multi-brand boutiques in a number of Indian metros. The label was founded by Kriti Tula and Paras Arora and has a playful, eclectic aesthetic. Doodlage had collaborated with a number of businesses to develop sustainable product lines including Corona Sunsets festival, Studio Beej, Srinia Ceramics, and Allied Blenders & Distillers.
